First page of Google: the right recipe

Challenge:

Having first-hand, quality information on a website does not guarantee it will appear as one of the top search results, no matter how original or relevant the content may be. Often, less reliable, gutter pages take the top spot. While working on the EasyFish project, Crisp wanted to ensure that when the target audience searches for information about fish and seafood, our content shows up first.

Solution:

Crisp addressed the issue with a multi-faceted approach. First and foremost, SEO specialists delved into search queries and determined a comprehensive list of relevant keywords. Copywriters integrated the keywords into existing texts, as well as crafted new content for the website. Crisp worked on link-building and promoted the website through external sources to increase search engine rankings.

Crisp’s focused efforts drew a quality audience to the EasyFish webpage and increased time spent on the site, because they satisfied consumers’ specific needs at the right time through the right channels.

We showed contextual advertisements to the target audience seeking information on fish and seafood in accordance with keyword research, which contributed to traffic and search engine rankings as well.
